During this high-energy, one-hour evaluation, athletes will be tested using advanced performance metrics trusted by top programs and trainers. Each participant will complete a full battery of assessments including:
Exit Velocity (Off Tee & Front Toss) — Measure bat speed and power
20-Yard Dash — Evaluate acceleration and game-speed quickness
Broad Jump — Test lower-body explosiveness
