Service Description
Sessions are limited to 15 athletes per hour. Mondays are Acceleration, Tuesdays are Strength Training, Wednesdays are Max Velocity, Thursdays are Change of Direction Ballistics, and Fridays are Plyometrics and Strength. Sessions are from 4-6pm Mon-Friday. Athletes can pay either for one session, weekly, or monthly.
